Gavin is a qualified and accredited Business Broker, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and experienced Business Owner with more than 30 years in business.

In 2010, while based in Europe and the Middle East, Gavin established two businesses that he rapidly grew into strong, recognisable brands and highly saleable assets. After successfully exiting both ventures, he returned to Australia in 2014 to launch an award-winning finance business, which he later sold at the end of 2024.

Throughout his career, Gavin has consulted extensively in finance, restructuring, and small-scale mergers and acquisitions. His hands-on experience in building, scaling, and selling businesses — combined with securing finance for many others — gives him a practical, real-world understanding of what business owners face at every stage of the journey.

Having worked with both franchise and independent business models, Gavin brings strategic insight, commercial acumen, and genuine empathy to every transaction.
